Who I am
I'm a Senior Data Analyst with 5 years of experience at kipi.ai — a Snowflake Elite Services Partner. I specialise in turning complex business challenges into high-value analytics solutions that people actually use.
What sets me apart is my ability to work at both ends — deep in the data and directly with stakeholders. I've partnered with C-suite leaders and VPs to align executive strategy with operational metrics, and I've sat with end users to understand what they actually need.
I hold a B.Tech in IT (First Class with Distinction) from IIIT Pune and hold certifications in Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Alteryx, and Matillion.
When I'm not working, you'll find me 🏋️ Olympic lifting, 🏃 cross-training, 🏊 in the pool, or 🥾 out on the Sahyadri trails.
Where I've worked
Led end-to-end delivery of BI solutions for Germania Insurance — from requirements gathering to production deployment. Owned the full analytics pipeline, designed Snowflake SQL views, built Tableau dashboards, and championed data literacy across the organisation.
Acted as a strategic data partner to the VP of Customer Success, defining 'Client Health' KPIs and conceptualising a retention framework that directly influenced resource allocation for at-risk accounts.
Hit the ground running from day one — delivering dashboards across 5 business domains and building solutions that directly reduced costs and strengthened data governance for a global client.
